Does the app really work fully offline?

Yes. Enumerators can download forms, capture responses, photos, GPS and signatures for days without any connectivity. The app queues submissions locally with encryption, then syncs in the background once it sees Wi-Fi or mobile data. Conflict resolution is handled automatically on the server.

How do you stop enumerator fraud?

The platform enforces GPS capture on every response, EXIF-locks photos, and records start-stop timestamps per question. AI models flag impossibly fast interviews, duplicate respondent fingerprints, copy-paste patterns and clusters of identical answers. Supervisors run automated back-checks on a configurable sample.

Can the platform handle multilingual surveys?

Yes. A single instrument can carry parallel versions in English, French, Arabic, Swahili, Hindi and most major languages, and enumerators switch language per respondent. Open-ended answers can be auto-translated and sentiment-scored for the analyst.

What devices do we need?

Most clients use mid-range Android phones their enumerators already own. For harsher conditions we recommend rugged tablets, and we can advise on device sourcing through our Nairobi and Dubai hubs. iOS is fully supported for inspector and adjuster use cases.

How does it integrate with our existing BI or CRM?

Native connectors exist for Zoho, Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, plus Power BI and Tableau on the analytics side. For anything else we expose REST APIs and webhooks so submissions flow straight into your data warehouse or CRM in real time.

Where is the data hosted?

You choose. We offer hosting on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud in regions including India, the EU, the UAE and Kenya, plus private-cloud and on-prem options for regulated clients. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.

Can Redian also run the field operation, not just the software?

Yes. From our Nairobi, Dubai, Noida, London and New York hubs we provide enumerator recruitment, training, device logistics and supervision as a managed service. This is popular with donor programmes and insurers who do not want to build a field team internally.
