This section collects the cross-industry Redian platforms that don't sit cleanly inside a single banking or insurance pillar. Most started life as a specific build for one client — a Gen AI agent for an insurer, an eKYC platform for a SACCO, a survey engine for a regulator — and then matured into products that the next customer in the same shape could deploy in weeks rather than months.
What's here
- Beth — Gen AI Virtual Agent — Model-agnostic Gen AI agent built for insurance and banking. Customer chat and voice, agent-assist copilot, underwriting decisioning and document/claims processing. SaaS or on-prem.
- eKYC Platform — Identity verification, liveness, document OCR and sanctions screening for banks, insurers and SACCOs across India and Africa.
- AI-Powered Document Management — Ingest, classify, extract and govern unstructured documents across the enterprise.
- Asset Management System — Capital-asset, IT-asset and fleet tracking with lifecycle workflows and depreciation schedules.
- BudgetIQ — Budget planning, variance tracking and approval workflows for finance and operations teams.
- Audit & Compliance System — Internal audit, control libraries, finding workflows and regulator-ready evidence trails.
- Digital Survey Management — Structured survey design, field data capture, analytics and reporting for research and regulatory programmes.
How these fit
Most of these platforms ship alongside a core banking or insurance engagement. A bank rolling out internet banking usually wants the same eKYC stack tied into onboarding. An insurer modernising claims management gets a measurable lift from Document AI on the unstructured claim files. A microfinance regulator running a financial-inclusion survey across counties needs digital survey, not paper.
We ship these as standalone deployments or as modules inside a larger banking or insurance programme. Engagement models — fixed scope, staff augmentation or a dedicated global capability centre — are the same across the portfolio.
Why Redian for cross-industry platforms
The same delivery discipline that ships our regulated banking and insurance systems applies here: CMMI Level 3 Appraised processes, ISO 27001 / 9001 certified, traceable requirements, security testing and a regulator-aware audit posture. Where these platforms touch BFSI data (which they usually do) they inherit the controls our banking and insurance practice has already proved out under RBI, CBK, IRDAI, IRA-Kenya, FCA, NAICOM, CIMA and SASRA supervision.
