Finance teams' early-warning system
BudgetIQ replaces version-controlled spreadsheets with a single source of truth for departmental and project budgets. CFOs and FP&A leads get real-time variance, multi-level approvals, and forecast-vs-actuals that update the moment a PO is raised or an invoice clears.
What it does
BudgetIQ ingests your chart of accounts and cost centres, then sits on top of your ERP, accounting and procurement systems to track every committed and actual rupee, dollar or shilling against plan. Department heads submit budgets through configurable templates, finance consolidates in one click, and variance alerts fire before overruns become quarter-end surprises. Driver-based forecasting lets you re-baseline mid-cycle without rebuilding the model.
Where it fits
BudgetIQ is built for mid-market and enterprise finance teams running annual operating plans across 10–500 cost centres. It plugs into Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics and most accounting stacks via API or scheduled sync. Project-based teams use it for capex tracking; shared-services teams use it for intercompany allocations and rolling forecasts. It complements our broader CRM and ERP implementation and custom software development practices.

Why Redian
We have built finance and risk platforms for banks, insurers and enterprises across the BFSI sector since 2016, and our AI and ML team layers anomaly detection on top of variance data so finance sees the outliers it would otherwise miss. CMMI Level 3 delivery discipline means budget data is reconciled, auditable and SOX-defensible from day one. See similar platform work in our case studies.
Outcomes our customers report
Customers move from quarterly board packs assembled over five days of late nights to live dashboards the CFO opens on her phone. Variance investigations that used to take a week of email threads close in hours because the drill-down from a red number to the underlying invoice is two clicks. Budget cycle time shrinks from 10–12 weeks to 4–6 weeks once the templates and approval chains are in production.
Working with Redian
A typical BudgetIQ rollout takes 10–14 weeks from kickoff to first live month-end. We start by mapping your chart of accounts, cost centres and approval matrix, then configure templates, connect source systems and migrate three years of history for trend baselines. Finance leads are trained as super-users and given control of templates and dimensions so the platform evolves with your business — no consultant required for routine changes.
Security and compliance
BudgetIQ is hosted on AWS or Azure in your region of choice, with SOC 2-aligned controls, role-based access down to GL and cost-centre level, full audit trails on every edit and approval, and SSO via Okta, Azure AD or Google Workspace. Encryption is AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Data residency options cover India, UAE, UK, EU, US and Kenya.
Pricing model
BudgetIQ is licensed per named user per month with volume tiers. Implementation is fixed-fee against a signed scope, and we offer a 60-day pilot for one business unit so finance can prove the value before company-wide rollout. Annual support, enhancements and a dedicated customer success manager are included from year two.
