Founded in 2016, Redian Software has grown from a CRM consultancy into a full-stack enterprise software partner — building core banking systems, insurance platforms, AI/ML solutions and CRM/ERP implementations that run in production for 200+ enterprises across the USA, UK, Africa, the UAE and India.

Our work focuses on regulated, mission-critical industries — banking, insurance, microfinance, SACCOs, credit unions and NBFCs — where the stakes are real and the systems we ship are responsible for live policies, real money and real customers every day.

Today we operate a Global Headquarters in Noida, India, with Regional Headquarters in Nairobi (Africa), Dubai (Middle East), London (Europe) and Atlanta (North America). Each Regional HQ runs with the same operating cadence as the Global HQ — same quality bar, same release rhythm, same observability standards — so customers see one Redian regardless of which region they engage from.

Our delivery model is built around outcomes — banking, insurance, AI/ML and CRM/ERP practices that own delivery from discovery through live production support. We don't sell time-and-materials; we sell business KPIs we are willing to be measured on.

From a Noida consultancy to a multi-region enterprise software firm.

    Founded

    Redian Software is founded in Noida, India by Pavan Kumar Verma — initially as a SuiteCRM and open-source consultancy.

  2. 2017

    Zoho partnership

    Joins the Zoho partner programme. Begins multi-platform CRM/ERP practice across Zoho, Salesforce, SuiteCRM and SugarCRM.

  3. 2018

    Industry recognition

    Best Software Development Company (Uttar Pradesh), Best Open Source Software Development Company, Technology Innovator Award for Healthcare Software.

  4. 2020

    BFSI focus deepens

    Banking, insurance and lending platforms emerge as the core practice. First production core-banking deployments.

  5. 2023

    Africa Regional HQ

    Opens Africa Regional Headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya. Begins delivering core banking and insurtech for East African banks, SACCOs and MFIs.
