Q-Sourcing Servtec is one of East Africa's foremost human-resource solutions providers with operations across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan. The group manages recruitment, payroll, performance and employee experience for thousands of placed and direct employees.
The challenge
Operating across five countries had created data silos between HR, payroll and finance — each running on its own tool with manual reconciliation in between. Real-time KPIs were impossible, payroll consolidation was a multi-day exercise, and finance teams chased numbers instead of analysing them. Growth into new markets was being throttled by the systems, not the demand.

Our approach
Redian led a country-by-country implementation of the Zoho One suite, building on a unified data layer that the existing tools could feed into. Recruit, People, Connect and Books were configured to Q-Sourcing's policies; a custom Redian Zoho Payroll engine was added to handle multi-country, multi-currency payroll for 5,000+ profiles. Adoption training was country-specific so each team owned the platform after go-live.
