MVPs die in one of two ways — over-engineered to look like the enterprise version, or under-engineered to the point where the market signal is unreadable. Redian Software builds MVPs the way we build enterprise systems, then strips them back until only what earns customer feedback remains. CMMI Level 3 Appraised, ISO 27001 and 9001 certified, with nine years of production engineering across 200+ enterprises — you get a scale-ready foundation, not throwaway code.
What we build
- Founder MVPs — first product from a funded founder or intrapreneur, shipped to real users in weeks and iterated fortnightly.
- Corporate innovation MVPs — new lines from banks, insurers or enterprises, sponsored by a business owner and hardened for regulator conversations.
- Product extension MVPs — new modules on an existing SaaS, built to plug into the current data model without forking the roadmap.
- B2B pilot builds — one-anchor-customer pilots designed to scale into multi-tenant SaaS on day 90.
Stack choices are pragmatic and biased toward speed to first user, not vendor points: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node, Python, Postgres, on AWS, Azure or GCP, with feature flags, feature-usage instrumentation and structured logging from commit one.
Who we build this for
- Funded founders with 6–12 months of runway who need engineering leverage without hiring
- Corporate innovation teams whose internal engineering is already fully committed to the run-the-bank backlog
- Product teams launching a new revenue line adjacent to their existing platform
- Fintech, insurtech and healthtech founders who need regulator-aware architecture from day one
Our approach
Discovery — problem, hypothesis, target user, revenue model and a one-page product blueprint. Design — clickable prototype validated with three to five target users before code. Engineering — a small, senior pod (typically one product engineer, one full-stack, one designer, one part-time architect) working in two-week UAT drops. Instrumentation and launch — analytics, feature flags, session recording, cohort dashboards; then release to first users behind an invite. Iterate — cohort review each fortnight, feature backlog re-ranked by revealed behaviour. Timeline committed at end of Discovery, in writing. We prefer to ship narrow and deep, not wide and shallow.
Why Redian for MVP development
- Senior engineers, not juniors on training wheels — the same bench that ships regulated enterprise software.
- CMMI Level 3 Appraised delivery discipline — even at MVP speed, code is versioned, reviewed and observable.
- Regulator-aware from day one — if you are in fintech, insurance or health, you get controls that survive due diligence at Series A.
- Scale-ready foundation — the MVP is built on the same architecture patterns as our enterprise deliveries; you scale it, you do not rewrite it.
- Design-in-house — product design and engineering under one accountable team, not a design agency plus offshore hand-off.
- Multi-region delivery — Noida, Nairobi, Dubai, London and New York.
- Path to enterprise — once the MVP has traction, the same team hardens it under our product engineering services.
Where we have delivered
MVPs and pilots shipped for founders and corporates across India, Kenya, UAE, UK, USA, Canada and Australia, with additional work across Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania and South Africa. Sector focus is BFSI, insurance, energy and enterprise SaaS. See case studies for representative deliveries.
Working with Redian
Tell us the hypothesis you want to test, the user you want to test it on, and the runway you have. A senior engineer responds inside one business day with a written first read, a phased scope proposal, and an honest view of what should ship first. NDAs signed on request.
