The alliance

About our alliance with Innovitegra

Banks and fintechs running modern payments need more than a core ledger — they need the wallet, switch, card management and POS layer that turns the core into a real payments business. Redian delivers that layer end-to-end: an EFT switch for real-time transaction processing, a Card Management System (CMS) covering card issuance, lifecycle and authorisation, a mobile wallet for digital payments, POS monitoring with real-time visibility, reconciliation services for settlement and matching, and a merchant portal for downstream business management — all with Hardware Security Modules (HSM), ATM connectivity and the payment-rail integrations a regulated payments business demands.

Discovery, switch and CMS configuration, certification with national switches and card networks, integration into the core banking system (FinNext Core, Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube or any other), wallet channel rollout, merchant onboarding, AML wiring, reconciliation flowing back to the GL, training, go-live and 24×7 production support — all under a single SoW with a single point of accountability. Product engineering is embedded in our delivery team where deeper changes are needed.

We deploy this for Tier-2 and Tier-3 banks, microfinance institutions, cooperative banks and fintech challengers building or replacing their payments stack across India, East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda) and the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia). Specific use cases: fuel card programmes for petroleum companies and corporate fleets, prepaid card portfolios (employee wage, transit, retailer gift, government disbursement), digital wallet rollouts for banks issuing their own wallet brand, and POS monitoring for banks acquiring merchant networks.

What we deliver together

Capabilities across the Innovitegra stack

  • Digital wallet platform

Innovitegra's mobile wallet deployed for banks and fintechs — closed-loop, open-loop, multi-currency, with funding rails (NEFT/IMPS, M-Pesa, card top-up, agent cash-in) and merchant acceptance via QR, NFC and virtual cards.

  • POS machines & monitoring

POS terminal deployment, transaction processing through the EFT switch, and real-time monitoring of the merchant estate — uptime, transaction volumes, exception handling and SLA management for the bank's acquiring operation.

  • Fuel card programmes

Fuel card issuance and management for petroleum companies and corporate fleets — closed-loop and open-loop options, station network configuration, fuel-specific velocity rules, fleet reporting and consolidated billing.

  • Prepaid card portfolios

Wage cards, transit cards, gift cards, government disbursement cards and meal-benefit cards — Innovitegra's Card Management System with KYC tiers, reload rails, expiry rules and regulator-aligned reporting for RBI PPI and equivalent frameworks.

  • EFT switch & card management

Innovitegra's EFT switch for real-time transaction routing across ATM, POS, card and wallet rails, with HSM-backed cryptographic security, ISO 8583 connectivity to national switches, and the Card Management System for full card lifecycle.

  • Reconciliation & settlement

End-of-day settlement file generation, three-way reconciliation across switch logs, core ledger and national switch postings, exception workflows and reconciliation reporting integrated into the bank's finance back-office.

Why customers pick us

Why customers choose Redian for Innovitegra

  • Payments-native infrastructure

Innovitegra builds the payments-specific stack — EFT switch, card management, wallet, POS monitoring — that generic banking cores don't ship with. The components are purpose-built for payments processing, not bolted onto a CRM or core ledger.

  • Pairs with core banking

Innovitegra's payments infrastructure runs alongside Redian's core banking partners ([DataVision](/partners/datavision) and others) — wallet, cards and switch sit on top of the core ledger, with reconciliation flowing back to the GL. One vendor relationship, two product layers, one integration.

  • Regulator-aware design

HSM-backed cryptographic key management, ISO 8583 connectivity, PCI-aligned card data handling, and configurable reporting for RBI PPI, CBK e-money, CBN, BoT and BCEAO frameworks — the regulatory posture banks and fintechs are audited against.

  • Redian-grade delivery

Innovitegra's payments stack deployed under Redian's CMMI Level 3 delivery process — multi-region implementation playbook, regulator-aware design, 24×7 NOC support across Nairobi, Noida and Dubai hubs. Single SoW, joint accountability.

Questions

Frequently asked about our Innovitegra practice

What is Innovitegra?
Innovitegra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an India-based fintech infrastructure company providing payments-specific products: an EFT switch for real-time transaction routing, a Card Management System for card lifecycle, a mobile wallet for digital payments, POS monitoring for the merchant estate, reconciliation services for settlement, and a merchant portal. The stack runs alongside HSM-backed cryptographic security.
What does the Redian × Innovitegra partnership cover?
Joint delivery of Innovitegra's payments infrastructure into Redian's banking customers. Innovitegra builds and licenses the products; Redian implements them — integration into the customer's core banking system, national switch certification, channel rollout (web, mobile, USSD), AML wiring, AI overlay, and 24×7 production support. Single SoW per customer.
Which payments use cases does this cover?
Five primary use cases: (1) digital wallet rollouts for banks issuing a wallet brand; (2) POS monitoring for banks acquiring merchant networks; (3) fuel card programmes for petroleum companies and corporate fleets; (4) prepaid card portfolios (wage, transit, gift, government, meal cards); (5) EFT switch and card management for banks running their own payment switching.
How does this work alongside DataVision or another core?
Innovitegra's payments stack runs ON TOP of the core banking system, not in place of it. The core (DataVision FinNext or any other) holds the customer accounts and ledger; Innovitegra's switch, wallet and card management handle the transaction layer. Reconciliation flows back to the core GL on a configurable cycle.
What regulators does the platform handle?
The Innovitegra product set is configurable for RBI PPI (India), CBK e-money (Kenya), CBN mobile-money and e-money (Nigeria), BoT (Tanzania), BCEAO / BEAC (Francophone Africa), and CBUAE Stored Value (UAE). Cryptographic key management aligns with PCI-DSS posture for card data handling.
Which markets do you cover together?
India (Innovitegra's primary market), East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda — Redian's Nairobi hub), the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia — Redian's Dubai hub), and selectively the UK and USA. Redian's regional hubs provide local-language delivery and regulator-aware support; Innovitegra's product engineering supports the deployment from India.
How long does a typical rollout take?
Single-use-case rollouts (e.g. wallet only, or fuel cards only) — typically 10–14 weeks. Multi-component rollouts (wallet + switch + cards + reconciliation) — typically 4–6 months for first go-live, depending on national switch certification timelines and core integration depth. National switch certification is the long pole in most engagements.
