SuiteCRM done right — by the team behind seven published SuiteCRM Store extensions
Most agencies "do" SuiteCRM. We've been shipping production SuiteCRM code into the official SuiteCRM Store since January 2019 — seven paid, downloaded, reviewed extensions that any prospect can verify in 60 seconds at store.suitecrm.com/members/rediansoftware. That is a stronger signal than a generic badge, and it is the foundation of every SuiteCRM engagement we take on.
Redian Software is a CMMI Level 3 appraised, ISO certified software firm founded in 2016, with delivery hubs in Noida (HQ), Nairobi, Dubai, London and New York. We serve customers across India, Kenya, UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. SuiteCRM has been a core open-source practice inside Redian since the SugarCRM CE fork stabilised — long before most "SuiteCRM specialists" had heard of it.
Why teams choose SuiteCRM (and choose us to deliver it)
SuiteCRM is the most credible open-source CRM on the market. No per-user licence tax. Full source code. Self-hostable on your own infrastructure, in your own data residency jurisdiction, with your own security controls. For BFSI, government-adjacent, healthcare and regulated industries, that ownership story is often non-negotiable — which is exactly why we route many of ourBFSI sector clients toward SuiteCRM over hosted-only competitors.
But open-source CRM is only as good as the team standing behind it. SuiteCRM rewards deep platform knowledge — Logic Hooks, Workflows, custom modules in Studio, Module Builder, SugarBean ORM, custom Smarty templates, REST v8 API, scheduler jobs, SAML/OAuth integration, search index tuning, MySQL/MariaDB performance work. This is where most generalist agencies fall over. It's where we live.
Where our SuiteCRM lands — large enterprises, six sectors
Alongside the Store extensions, we run production SuiteCRM implementations at large enterprises across six sectors — each with its own compliance posture, integration surface and scale demands:
- Finance — retail and commercial banks, NBFCs, cooperative societies and microfinance institutions running SuiteCRM as the customer 360 on top of the core banking ledger, with AML / KYC screening, agent-network servicing and channel-integrated case management.
- Investment banking — capital-markets desks, wealth managers and family offices using SuiteCRM as the relationship-management and deal-flow platform, with document management, Chinese-wall access controls and integration to portfolio and order-management systems.
- Education — universities, business schools and enterprise-scale training providers using SuiteCRM for admissions pipeline, student lifecycle, alumni engagement and corporate-training-programme management.
- B2B e-commerce — distributors, wholesalers and enterprise marketplaces using SuiteCRM as the account-plan-to-order-to-payment CRM, integrated to ERP (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite), payment gateways and their commerce platform (Magento, WooCommerce, custom).
- Healthcare — hospital networks, health insurers and diagnostic-lab chains using SuiteCRM for patient CRM, referral management, claims workflow and payer-provider integration — self-hosted under the customer's data-residency and HIPAA / DPA posture.
- Telecom — enterprise telecom operators and MVNOs running SuiteCRM as the B2B customer-management platform, with quote-to-order-to-provisioning workflows, billing-system integration and contract-lifecycle management.
Across those sectors, our SuiteCRM engagements typically run 30,000+ contacts, 100+ concurrent users, self-hosted deployments under the customer's own security and data-residency controls, and multi-year AMS with the same engineers who built the system continuing to support it.
Our SuiteCRM Store portfolio — verifiable, not asserted
Here are the seven extensions we maintain on the official SuiteCRM Store. Each one is a live, paid product with real downloads:
- Twilio SMS Extension — full SMS send/receive with delivery status tracking, used heavily by our Kenya telco and East Africa SACCO customers for collections workflows, and by USA buyers for SMS-based 2FA on customer portals.
- Mailchimp Extension — bidirectional Mailchimp to SuiteCRM sync covering lists, contacts and campaigns. The default choice for marketing-led mid-market UK and USA SuiteCRM rollouts running multi-list segmentation.
- Custom Validation Message — personalised validation messages on any form field across any module. A favourite of our BFSI customers who treat data quality as a regulatory obligation, not a nice-to-have.
- Redian Pro Theme — responsive Bootstrap-based UI rated 4.0 stars on the Store, with full mobile compatibility. We ship this with most UAE and UK branded customer portal builds where the SuiteCRM look-and-feel needs to disappear into the client's brand.
- Recurring Tasks Extension — automated scheduling of repetitive tasks across users. Indispensable for SACCO and MFI collections operations in Kenya, and for insurance broker renewals workflows across our UK and India books.
- Redian Google Login — clean SSO into SuiteCRM via Google Workspace credentials. We deploy it on every engagement where the buyer is Google-Workspace-heavy — common in UK and USA SaaS firms and India-based mid-market businesses.
- Redian Zoom Connector — auto-generates Zoom meeting links directly from SuiteCRM with calendar invites attached. A staple of our USA and UK B2B SaaS customer engagement rollouts post-pandemic.
This is what we mean by "SuiteCRM Store contributor since 2019" — and why we never describe ourselves as a "SuiteCRM partner". The work is in the open. You can review the extensions, read the user feedback, and download a trial before you ever sign a contract with us.
What we deliver on every SuiteCRM engagement
Implementation begins with CRM and ERP implementation discovery — pipeline modelling, role and permission design, sales-stage mapping, data migration strategy from your existing system (we have moved customers off Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho, vTiger, Microsoft Dynamics and legacy spreadsheet-driven CRMs). We build custom modules where Studio is enough, and drop into PHP for Logic Hooks, custom controllers and SugarBean extensions where it isn't.
Where the brief calls for fully managed infrastructure rather than self-hosting on your own servers, we route the conversation to Hosted SuiteCRM — our managed SuiteCRM offering with SLAs, backups, monitoring and security patching baked in. Both options use the same SuiteCRM core. The difference is whose ops team holds the pager.
SugarCRM and Salesforce migrations into SuiteCRM
A significant share of our SuiteCRM book is migration work. SugarCRM CE end-of-life migrations are mechanically straightforward — the data model overlaps almost exactly with SuiteCRM. Salesforce-to-SuiteCRM migrations are more interesting: we map Salesforce objects, custom fields, validation rules, Process Builder flows and Apex triggers into SuiteCRM custom modules, Logic Hooks and Workflows. We have moved customers off Salesforce when per-user licence economics stopped making sense, when data residency requirements changed (especially across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kenya and India), and when the buyer simply wanted to own their CRM source code.
If you're evaluating Salesforce-to-SuiteCRM specifically, we also deliver Salesforce as a Salesforce Partner — sometimes the right call is to stay on Salesforce and rebuild differently. We will tell you so honestly. We are not in the business of forcing a migration.
Who buys SuiteCRM from us
We see clear buyer patterns by sector and geography. Banks, NBFCs, microfinance institutions and SACCOs in India and East Africa want full data sovereignty and on-premise hosting. Insurance brokers in UAE and UK want recurring renewals automation and branded customer portals. B2B SaaS firms in USA, Canada and Australia want a CRM that doesn't tax them per seat as their headcount grows past 100. Manufacturing exporters across Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco and South Africa want SuiteCRM as the customer-facing layer of a broader ERP stack we often build alongside it on Odoo. Government-adjacent and public-sector buyers want a CRM whose source code their internal audit team can actually read.
Ourcase studies include several of these patterns in detail.
Why Redian for SuiteCRM specifically
Three reasons, in order of importance. First, the seven Store extensions above — verifiable, downloadable, reviewable code. Second, continuous SuiteCRM practice since 2017, predating the public SuiteCRM Store launch. Third, multi-CRM literacy — we are also an Advanced Zoho Partner since 2017, an Odoo Official Partner and a Salesforce Partner, which means we will tell you when SuiteCRM is the wrong answer rather than forcing it. Read more about our credentials on thepartners page.
We are a CMMI Level 3 appraised, ISO certified delivery organisation. Our SuiteCRM engagements ship on time, with documented test plans, on infrastructure we have hardened ourselves.
