Are you a Microsoft Partner?

Redian delivers Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation services. We do not compete with Microsoft account teams on commercial terms — customers hold their own Dynamics licences directly. Our economics come from the build and managed services, which keeps our advice on what to use Dynamics for honest.

Dynamics 365 Sales vs Salesforce Sales Cloud — which do you recommend?

Dynamics is the right answer when the Microsoft-stack integration matters (Azure AD, M365, Teams, Purview) or when Finance & Business Central are also in scope. Salesforce is the right answer when the industry accelerator ecosystem (Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud) or the third-party AppExchange depth matters more. We deliver both — we'll tell you which fits in discovery, not after the SoW.

Business Central vs Odoo — which ERP do you recommend?

Business Central is stronger for organisations already on the Microsoft stack and needing multi-entity consolidation, or where compliance certifications (SOC 2, HIPAA) align with Microsoft's portfolio. [Odoo](/expertise/crm/odoo) is stronger for manufacturing depth, per-user cost economics, and open-source module extensibility. Both are cloud-native.

Do you do Power Platform builds independent of Dynamics?

Yes. Many customers start with Power Platform (canvas apps, Automate flows, Power BI dashboards) without committing to Dynamics 365 first. We build Power Platform apps as production code with source control, environments and ALM — not as ad-hoc citizen-developer builds that quietly become unmaintainable.

How do you handle migrations from Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho into Dynamics?

Field mapping, deduplication, attachment and email history preservation, audit-trail migration, and a parallel-run validation period before cutover. Migrations typically complete in 8–12 weeks depending on data volume and customisation depth on the source side.

What does ongoing support look like?
