GoodFirms publishes long-form interviews with founders and CEOs of vetted technology services firms, and the January 2019 conversation with Pavan Verma covered the founding story of Redian, the deliberate decision to build the company around open source CRM and ERP platforms, and the early international wins that established the firm's reputation outside India. What Has Changed Since

In the years after the GoodFirms feature, Redian's footprint expanded from a single Noida headquarters into five delivery hubs across Noida, Nairobi, Dubai, London and New York, the partner network grew to include Advanced Zoho Partner status, Odoo Official Partner status and SuiteCRM Store contributions, and the company crossed the milestone of serving more than two hundred enterprise customers. The leadership philosophy that Pavan, who holds an engineering degree and an MBA from FMS Delhi and serves on the NASSCOM SME National Council along with TiE and AIO memberships, set out in that interview has remained consistent: open source as a foundation, certifications and process maturity as the trust layer, and long-term partnerships as the commercial model.
