Odoo Official Partner — Enterprise ERP implementation
Official Odoo Partner and Learning Partner delivering Odoo Enterprise across manufacturing, distribution, services and retail — from greenfield rollouts to Tally and SAP migrations.
Official Partner and Learning Partner are formal Odoo accreditations — the Learning credential authorises us to deliver Odoo's official training curriculum.

About the Odoo partnership
Odoo replaces a stack — finance, sales, inventory, manufacturing, HR, marketing — that most mid-market customers were running on five different point tools. Our Odoo practice ships those replacements without the classic Odoo failure modes: scope sprawl, custom-module fragility, and a six-month go-live that quietly slips to fifteen.
The difference is in how we run the build. We start with a tight 2-week discovery — current process map, gap-fit analysis against standard Odoo, integration register — and only then commit to scope. Standard modules first, custom modules only where the business value is clear. Python module engineering, OWL frontend customization, and ETL into and out of Odoo are all handled by our in-house team — no second-tier partner sub-contracting.
Localised for the markets we serve: GST and Tally migration in India, FTA VAT in the UAE, HMRC MTD in the UK, KRA eTIMS in Kenya, sales-tax engines in the USA.

Capabilities across the Odoo stack
Greenfield Odoo Enterprise rollouts
Finance, sales, inventory, manufacturing (MRP), HR, marketing — sequenced over 4–6 months with parallel-run validation against the legacy stack and a clean cutover weekend.
Custom modules in Python
Where the business workflow doesn't fit standard Odoo, we build Python modules — versioned, tested, upgrade-safe — and contribute back to Odoo Community where applicable.
Migrations from Tally, SAP, Sage
Production migrations from Tally (India), SAP B1, Sage 50/200/300, NetSuite and QuickBooks into Odoo — with field mapping, GL re-balancing, multi-year history preservation and parallel close.
Region-specific localisation
GST (India), FTA VAT (UAE), HMRC MTD (UK), KRA eTIMS (Kenya), US sales-tax engines, plus payment rails (Razorpay, M-Pesa, GoCardless, ACH) wired into Odoo Invoicing and POS.
Manufacturing & MRP
Discrete and process manufacturing — BOMs, routings, work centres, MRP scheduling, quality control, maintenance — integrated to shop-floor capture and barcode scanning.
Long-term AMS and managed support
SLA-backed application managed services post go-live — version upgrades, new module rollouts, custom-module maintenance, monthly steering and quarterly business reviews.
Why customers choose Redian as their Odoo partner
Official + Learning Partner
Both Odoo accreditations together — Learning Partner status authorises us to deliver Odoo's official training curriculum to your team during and after the rollout.
Python depth, not just configuration
Most Odoo failures come from custom modules built without an engineering discipline. Our in-house Python team writes Odoo modules as production code — versioned, tested, upgrade-safe.
Region-localised by default
GST, VAT, MTD, eTIMS, sales-tax and the local payment rails (Razorpay, M-Pesa, GoCardless, ACH) are part of every rollout — not paid-extras after go-live.
No sub-contractor delivery
We staff Odoo engagements with badged Redian engineers, not second-tier partners. The team that builds is the team that supports — same Slack, same on-call.
Frequently asked about our Odoo practice
- What does Official Odoo Partner mean?
- Official Partner is Odoo SA's formal partnership tier — requiring trained consultants on staff, demonstrated implementation track record, and an active Enterprise customer book. Learning Partner is a separate Odoo accreditation that authorises us to deliver Odoo's official training programme.
- Which industries do you focus on?
- Manufacturing (discrete + process), distribution, professional services, retail, and increasingly insurance back-office. Our team has shipped MRP rollouts for textiles and electronics, distribution rollouts for FMCG, and services rollouts for consulting firms and law practices.
- Can you migrate us from Tally or SAP?
- Yes. Tally migrations are common in India (most Tally users outgrow it once multi-entity GST reporting becomes painful). SAP B1, Sage 50/200/300, NetSuite and QuickBooks migrations all follow the same pattern — field mapping, GL re-balancing, parallel close.
- Are custom modules a good idea?
- Standard Odoo first, custom only where the business value is clear. Most clients we see have over-customised in earlier attempts — we walk that back during discovery and re-introduce custom modules only where they earn their keep. All custom code is versioned, tested and written to survive Odoo upgrades.
- Do you handle Odoo Community or only Enterprise?
- Mostly Enterprise — that's where Official Partner work concentrates. We do support Community deployments for organisations with specific licensing constraints, and we contribute custom modules back to Community where applicable.
- What does ongoing support look like?
- SLA-backed AMS — version upgrades, new module rollouts, custom-module maintenance, monthly steering and quarterly business reviews. Most clients stay on AMS for 2–3 years after go-live; some have been with us for 5+ years across multiple Odoo version cycles.
