All three. The SERDICA components are packaged for direct carriers (policy admin + claims), for MGAs (binder management + bordereaux), and for brokers (broker workspace + carrier connectivity). Different combinations of components per buyer type.
Which regulators does the platform handle?
IRA-Kenya (Insurance Regulatory Authority of Kenya), NAICOM (Nigeria), CIMA (francophone West/Central Africa), the Central Bank of the UAE, SAMA (Saudi Arabia), and the FSCA (South Africa). New jurisdictions are added per deployment.
