Discovery — domain interviews, regulator scan, integration map, target architecture, and a written proposal with fixed scope and price. Design — clickable prototype validated with your operators before the first line of production code. Engineering — long-lived pods pairing senior engineers with a domain lead; two-week UAT drops, pull-request discipline, CI/CD, observability from day one. UAT and hardening — SAST, DAST, VAPT, load testing, regulator-facing artefacts. Go-live and run — staged cutover with parallel run where the risk demands it, then 24×7 SLA-backed support owned by the team that built it. We commit to a written timeline at the end of Discovery. Phased rollouts almost always beat big-bang.
