Redian Software is now member of SAP® PartnerEdge Open ecosystem. As a member and partner of SAP® PartnerEdge open ecosystem, we can build, sell and provide services for various SAP® products and solutions.

What PartnerEdge Open Ecosystem Enables

Joining the SAP PartnerEdge Open Ecosystem in December 2019 gave Redian formal access to SAP's development tools, certification paths, partner technical resources and go-to-market collateral. In practical terms, this meant our consultants could engage on SAP-adjacent work with full vendor support: building integrations between SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business One and the open source CRM, finance and HR systems that many mid-market customers run alongside their core ERP. The Open Ecosystem track is specifically designed for partners who add value through integration, extension and complementary applications rather than reselling SAP licences, which fit Redian's positioning as a systems integrator.

How It Complemented the Existing Practice

By late 2019 Redian was already an Advanced Zoho Partner, a SuiteCRM Store contributor and an active Odoo implementation house. Several enterprise customers in BFSI, manufacturing and trading sectors ran SAP as their financial system of record but needed a more flexible front-office CRM, a faster service desk, or a custom shop-floor app on top. The SAP partnership closed that loop, letting our team design and deliver clean, supported integrations rather than brittle middleware. For customers in the BFSI sector(/solutions/bfsi) in particular, where SAP and Oracle dominate the core banking and finance stack, this added significant credibility to integration scoping conversations.
