About the role
You'll lead Zoho One implementations end-to-end — from discovery and process mapping through configuration, automation, integration and adoption.
What you'll do
- Own discovery and solution design for Zoho One implementations
- Lead client workshops and stakeholder management
- Build automation in Deluge / Creator / Flow
- Mentor consultants on the practice
Requirements
- 4+ years implementing Zoho One / CRM / Books / Desk
- Zoho certifications preferred
- Strong client-facing communication
Nice to have
- Salesforce or Odoo experience as well
- Banking or insurance domain
