Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Engineering Bengaluru (Hybrid) full-time hybrid 2 open
Senior full-stack engineer on the core platform team — Node.js / React / Postgres, driving product features from spec to production.
Work on the flagship BFSI SaaS product. You will own end-to-end delivery of significant features across the stack, mentor two mid-level engineers, and take part in architectural decisions with the founders.
Team is 12 engineers, tightly product-focused, low process overhead, high ownership.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of significant product features
- Design and evolve APIs consumed by web + mobile + partner systems
- Mentor two mid-level engineers on the team
- Contribute to architectural and technology decisions
- Review code and set the quality bar for the team
Requirements
- 5+ years shipping web applications to production
- Strong TypeScript and React expertise
- Comfortable with Node.js API design and Postgres data modelling
- Track record delivering complex features end-to-end without hand-holding
Nice to have
- BFSI or fintech experience
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures
- Exposure to Docker + AWS deployment pipelines
