Redian Software is hiring an Entry Level IT Recruiter for our Noida HQ. You will work directly with senior recruiters and delivery leads on live mandates for our BFSI, AI/ML, and CRM/ERP practices, and grow into an end-to-end recruiter within 12 months.
This is an on-site, full-time role. We invest in structured training on sourcing, boolean search, screening frameworks, and Zoho Recruit / our in-house ATS. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of any recruitment or coordination experience are welcome.
What you'll do
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and our in-house ATS against live JDs shared by senior recruiters
- Conduct first-round telephonic screenings on availability, notice period, comp expectations and role fit
- Own scheduling and follow-ups with candidates through interview loops until joining
- Keep candidate records, notes and stage progressions clean and up-to-date in the ATS
- Report daily / weekly numbers on submissions, interviews and closures
Requirements
- 0 - 2 years of experience; freshers with a strong communication track record are encouraged to apply
- Graduate in any discipline (B.A / B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / MBA - HR all fine)
- Comfortable on English and Hindi calls; clear written communication over email and chat
- Willing to work full-time on-site from our Noida office
- Curious about technology roles - developer, QA, DevOps, data, product - and eager to learn what makes each role tick
Nice to have
- Prior internship or exposure in an IT staffing / recruitment agency
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex or any ATS (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Basic understanding of common tech stacks (Java, .NET, Python, ReactJS, Node, Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo)
