Foundation Day Celebration at Redian Software India

Redian Software has completed its first year successfully, and the time is for celebration. The Redian Software team is marking its Foundation Day with full enthusiasm and many success memories from a year that took the company from a small Noida office to a growing roster of clients across CRM, ERP and custom software engineering.

A Year in Review

A first anniversary is a milestone that every founding team remembers — the moment when the bet on starting something stops being theoretical and starts being a real business with real customers and real payroll. For Redian, the first year covered the foundational work that does not always show up in highlight reels: building delivery processes, hiring the first engineers and consultants, putting our names alongside SuiteCRM and Zoho in the partner ecosystem, and earning the references that made the second year possible.

The team celebrated together at the Noida office — cake, photographs, and the kind of speeches founders give when they finally exhale after twelve months of doing everything at once. It was also a moment to thank the early clients who took a chance on a young firm, and the engineers and consultants who chose Redian over more established names.

What the First Year Set in Motion

Looking back from a decade on, the patterns that defined Redian's first year are still visible in how the company works today. The commitment to open-source CRM that started with our SuiteCRM partnership has grown into a full SuiteCRM practice(/expertise/crm/suitecrm) with seven extensions on the SuiteCRM Store. The alliance with Zoho that began the same year has matured into Advanced Partner status, anchoring our Zoho expertise(/expertise/crm/zoho). And the small team that gathered for that first Foundation Day has grown into a multi-office organisation delivering CRM and ERP implementations(/services/crm-erp-implementation) across India, Kenya, the UAE, the UK and North America.
