4th International Yoga Day Celebration

Yoga helps to make you fit and live a healthy life. The United Nations General Assembly declared 21st June as International Yoga Day in 2015. Since then, we have celebrated this day every year to spread awareness about yoga as part of a healthy lifestyle.

The 4th International Yoga Day in 2018 was observed at the Redian office in Noida with a morning session led by a visiting instructor. Employees from engineering, sales and operations teams participated together in a forty-minute practice covering basic asanas, pranayama breathing exercises, and a short guided meditation. The session was deliberately scheduled before the standard working day began, so that no project commitments were disrupted and participation could be genuinely voluntary.
